Solo Traveler
I was very pleased by the hotel accommodations. I was picked up by the Free Shuttle, and even though I was running a little late for the Shuttle back they were accommodating. I opened it, it had black mold growing in it. Attempted to call front desk but phone didn't even work.
I got in very late and was flying out very early. Just needed a place to close to airport that wasn't overpriced for the amount of time I was going to be there. On first appearance it was fine, nothing fancy. I went out and got something to eat, came back and took a shower. Attempted to place my soda in the fridge only to find that it didn't work and was filled with black mold. If I had to stay there longer, it would have really bothered me, but I had a flight to catch in about 4 hours and wasn't going to waste time or aggravation trying to change rooms. Traveling as Couple
The elevator was out and we were on the third floor and was not informed about the elevator until after we checked in. I asked them to send us to a partner hotel and was told they do not have one. But twice when I was at the front desk he was sending guest to he Ramada Hotel across the highway. ...read more

I found the hotel clean, warm, and very good value for the price we paid. We were allowed to park our car there for $5 per day and ride to the airport the next day. The staff was very pleasant and did everything to make our stay comfortable. ...read more
